"The property was clean, and communication from host was accurate. Location was good but overall, i would not recommend it for more than two people as it is smaller than it appeared in photos and the pull out couch was NOT comfortable in the least as a 2nd bed."

"Location, location, location! We came to Hampton for our anniversary. We had tickets for a concert at the Ballroom casino. It was just a short walk to the venue. The Great Escape II has a beautiful view; just far enough away from the busier part of the strip to enjoy the quiet, but an easy walk to all the fun Hampton has to offer. We very much enjoyed the balcony with the ocean view. I loved the fun ocean decor. Scott left us a wonderful welcome basket. We felt right at home in this cozy place....

"We had a very nice time. Unit was clean, had everything we needed. Location was very nearby the beach and all the main drag action. Loved the added security of the entry door. Very minor hold up was no entry door code was provided to gain access at arrival. A quick phone call solved that. I also did not hear back about an early arrival option, happily we did not need it."

"My husband and I wanted a long, relaxing weekend away. This was the perfect spot. In November it’s very quiet at the beach, which was nice. We walked on the beach, had some great seafood, went to the movies and enjoyed the beautiful view of the water from the condo. I would definitely stay here again."

"Loved this property! Location was PERFECT. We walked everywhere and literally never used my car all week. Condo is very clean, lots of natural light, and cute little porch area to yourself. They have brand new Roku TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Wifi was strong and convenient trash, recycling and laundry on premise. My only feedback would be mattress toppers for the beds, they were a bit stiff… but not a deal breaker, as we’d love to come back again next summer. Thanks for a great week...

"We enjoyed our stay in Hampton Beach, and the house met our needs. Instructions for check in and access were easy to follow. Parking space is very tight. Our rental vehicle (SUV) just barely fit. Beach is nearby, clean and beautiful."

"The property was as expected, clean and well decorated, although I wouldn't recommend it for people above average height. Owner was very attentive and responded to all our inquiries quickly and courteously. All our needs were met with amenities provided and location is central to multiple beaches with a short drive or long walk. Neighborhood was pleasant and quiet aside from the one gentleman loudly expressing his displeasure about a dog and his mailbox at 6:30am. Things happen."

"The Wave is wonderful place to relax and renew. The view is spectacular as well as direct access to the beach. Restaurants are a couple blocks away and the evenings were peaceful. The decor has a nice flow and feel. Everything you you need is there… just bring your flip flops!"

"This was a perfect little spot for my wife and I and our young son. Its a small studio but its right across the street from the quieter north end of the beach, but still easily walkable to plenty of stores & restaurants. Its also right on the main ocean road that takes you on a beautiful drive up north along the coast. The host was very prompt and helpful in answering any questions I asked and overall the place has everything you need. The only things it doesn’t have are linens for the two beds,...

"Very nice place. Only issue was my wife wanted a blanket. There was a gray one in the closet. It has a brown stain on it and she did not want to use it."
