This comfortable, well-furnished vacation rental property has river access and boasts a huge deck overlooking a backyard of pecan trees and one of the best fly fishing holes on the Guadalupe! Kick up your heels to live music at Gruene Hall, one of the oldest working dance halls in the country. Check out the music concerts down the road at the Whitewater Amphitheater. Enjoy at day at Schlitterbahn water park in New Braunfels. Spend a day boating or fishing on Canyon Lake. Plan a shopping spree to the Outlet Malls in San Marcus. Check out the local beer gardens, taverns and restaurants. Relax and enjoy the scenic surroundings and gentle breezes on the spacious deck. We have the best fishing hole on the Guadalupe river where one can catch trout, large-mouth bass and catfish from our 75' stone-terraced bank. Our property is on a deep part of the river in the Canyon Tailrace area below Canyon Dam. Texas Parks & Wildlife is stocking the Canyon Reservoir Tailrace with thousands of rainbow trout each week from early December through late-January. This area is one of the top trout-fishing destinations in the U.S. during the peak of the cool-weather trout fishing season-December through March. Bring your fishing poles and fishing license.

Book now for a place to stay during New Braunfels' Annual Wurstfest festival. This 10-day annual event every November celebrates the local German culture with dancing, music, food and beer. Tickets may be purchased online and go on sale in September. The Wurstfest craft beer festival takes place in March or April.

Even better, you don't have to clean the house before and after your guests arrive and leave.

Book us for a place to stay during the annual Wurstfest Craft Beer Festival every March or April. Past Beer Festivals have been a huge success. By a ticket before they sell out and sample taste from over 80 craft beers while enjoying all day live music.

The home has a spacious and open cook's kitchen, dining, and living areas, outdoor BBQ grill, shaded backyard with picnic tables and seating for all. Indoor amenities and entertainment include: 3 flat screen TVs (2 are Sony HDTVs), DVD player, all major movie channels, board games and free WiFi.

The home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and 9 beds to comfortably sleep a large family. Two bedrooms down contain a queen bed and double down/twin top bunk beds. The upstairs master bedroom has one king and two queen beds. The master bath has a double vanity and walk-in shower.

Please come have a good time, but be considerate of our wonderful neighbors. Any complaints from neighbors about disrespectful or disruptive behavior may, at our sole discretion, result in your forfeiting your deposit and/or the remainder of your stay.

No smoking inside the property. There is a bowl provided on the patio for butts. Please do not leave butts, cans and trash in the yard.

For the safety of our guests with pet-related allergies, we cannot allow any pets on this property. However, you will often see deer, squirrels, and ducks wander into our yard.
