Just off the kitchen, step down into the laundry room which leads to a convenient half bathroom. Connected to this area is a cozy bedroom featuring a full-size bed, perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Upstairs, you'll find a comfortable sitting nook and workspace overlooking the property. The spacious master bedroom features a queen bed and private sliding doors leading to a balcony with seating, creating the perfect spot for morning coffee while enjoying peaceful lake views.
