This home was built with our dream vacation in mind. Nothing between the house and the white sandy beach and the crystal clear water of Santa Rosa Sound. The house is laid out perfectly for two or three families to vacation together. If you like the Gulf or the bay this house is perfect!

Location:
Navarre Beach is a beautiful, white sand, clear water beach that consistently ranks as one of the top beaches in the country. Located on Santa Rosa Sound on the North side of the island.
ā€¢ Very easy to get to from all directions
o Mobile is under 2 hours
o New Orleans is about 3.5 hours
o Baton Rouge is a little over 4 hours
o Montgomery is about 3 hours
ā€¢ Far enough away from the more populated areas of Pensacola and Destin to be calm and quiet, but close enough for an easy (and beautiful) ride to take advantage of the restaurants and shopping.
Notes:
ā€¢ Renters must be 26 years or older. No college or school age groups allowed without parental supervision.
ā€¢ All parking must be within the driveway per neighborhood rules
ā€¢. Maximum of 3 cars, as space is very limited!

We had a fabulous time!! Everyone had their own room/bathroom!!! The bay was perfect for the grands. The porches were great for the adults! Like many other reviews, the only downfall is parking but we made it work!!! Got a big ole Tundra in there!!! We would definitely recommend and stay again! Thanks so much Chris!

Spring Break 2025

My family of four and our friends, also a family of four, shared some great memories at the house over spring break. Being on the bay allowed the children to touch the water as soon as they work up. The kids loved all the toys, including the kayak. And we loved being able to fish and caught some crabs for an evening appetizer. And the sunsets were beautiful from back porch!

Beautiful bay home

The house was beautiful and well appointed for a large crowd. The coffee maker does take regular filters though, to save anyone a headache ;) Walmart will deliver here which super convenient on the first day. The bay was perfect for kids and adults alike. The beach is a quick walk or golf cart ride away. We loved the beach toys, chairs, umbrella and kayaks available at the house. The parking was a bit tricky but the public parking area was safe and not that far so wasnā€™t an issue overall. Every room has its own bathroom which is a huge plus for us. Beautiful views and beautiful home, worth the stay for sure!

Our Favorite Beach Vacation

This is our second year staying at this property. The location is unmatched due to the ease of access to the beach but even more easily accessed bay which is just in the backyard. This is ideal for little ones and easily being able to coordinate naps and still have outdoor time! We canā€™t say enough about the amenities and home layout. Weā€™ll be back!

Unfortunately, the beach was full of June grass during our visit, however having the sound right outside the back door saved the trip. Caught a bunch of fish and swam a ton. I would definitely consider booking this property again.

the house and the beach were fabulous! the elevator was super convenient for luggage and groceries. the garage/driveway is challenging but absolutely functional, even for 3 vehicles and a golf cart! the pool was out of service the week we were there but with the bay/beach in your backyard, who needs a pool?? my dad and son fished off the dock in the backyard and we could sit on the balcony and see the fish they caught! every bedroom has its own bath plus an extra half bath on the main floor - that was perfect for us. also, any questions i had were answered immediately! we would absolutely rent this place again!

This was our second family vacation at this property. We absolutely love it here. Itā€™s a perfect set up for adults and kids. Everyone enjoys the easy access to backyard beach and amazing views and sunsets. The elevator is an excellent bonus for loading luggage and groceries in and for handicapped people like my elderly mother who canā€™t do stairs. If you are looking to escape from people and just relax, this is the place!

Very nice home

This is a beautiful home! Location is great. Quiet neighborhood with REALLY comfortable beds. Clean. Well equipped. The driveway/garage is HORRIBLE for parking! Furniture is not meant for older folks comfort. Beautiful sunsets and view from the deck. A gas grill would be nice and also a card table. The charcoal grill was dirty so we had to clean it before using. LOTS of stairs. The elevator made it possible for us to manage, but that can be iffy (the button stuck twice so it wouldn't operate and had to go down to "unstick it".) Our families didn't use it.

Best Property!

The whole family - ages infant to 70s - enjoyed this pristine property. The beach front location could not be beat. The layout was extremely functional, and the kitchen was well stocked with the tools we needed. Ample closet and pantry space meant we could easily store our things for the week. Low tide was perfect for exploring for all ages, and everyone was delighted to see a variety of sea life. The kayaks, boogie boards, and crab trap kept the older kids entertained for days, and there were so many sand toys for the toddler to choose from. Convenient location close to the Gulf side public access beach and the Marine Park. We highly recommend a visit to the Navarre Beach Pier (minimal fee and very close), the sea turtle conservation center ($5 per person and very close), and the National Naval Aviation Museum (free and one hour drive). The Tuft & Needle brand mattresses were very comfortable. Great neighborhood and a neighborhood pool the kids enjoyed. This house has best location of any of the house we saw while driving around. The elevator was helpful for one in our party with mobility issues and also moving luggage upstairs. The owner was very responsive whenever we needed to reach out.

Amazing Property!

To say we were delighted is such an understatement. Truly we did not realize the property would be on its own personal beach. The views from the house are priceless. The house is gorgeous. The attention to the materials and finishes in this house is top of line. Furnishings perfect for the home. Every bed is comfortable and that says something coming from multiple hip replacements. Two master bedrooms that are difficult to choose between as they are both incredible. Beach toys to outfit a dozen children in the sand and water, oh and did I mention you are on your own private beach? Biggest decision each day was whether to experience paradise from the 2nd level deck, lower patio, pier, beach or water. Beach has always been my happy placeā€¦ā€¦ and just met one of my happiest!

Overall we enjoyed our visit but some things were not as accommodating as we had hoped. Driveway was not adequate for our three vehicles, TV could not be accessed in one bedroom. Owner offered suggestions to fix problem but we were not successful. Our group is all seniors, so furniture wasnā€™t comfortable.

Family Beach Trip

My grandchildren are ages 5, 4, 2, and 2 - this was the perfect location for them to play in the water and not have to pack up the wagons to go to the beach! The water was not deep and had gentle waves so they were able to play and have a good time on the beach. The house was clean and bright, and all the bedrooms had very nice bathrooms attached which provided privacy for the adults. Also, the elevator was so nice when unpacking and then packing up to go home, no multiple trips up and down the stairs! Thank you for a great beach trip for my family!

Perfect Location for Families

We booked this house for our annual family vacation which includes our in-laws in their 80's and our grandchildren 5 months and 4 years old. This place was PERFECT for both age groups. The only complaint I would have is on the parking. It is really tight and if you have a large SUV or truck, it is almost impossible to get it in the garage. And if you do have a car in the garage on the left side, it will block the elevator. Other than that, this place is beautiful and in a beautiful location. I must also comment on the linens...Gorgeous. I am already shopping for the bath sheets and quilts provided at the house.

Beautiful Vacation Home

We have stayed at this beautiful house on Navarre Beach, the bay side, for the last two years and are planning to return next summer. Itā€™s perfect for our family six adults and a granddaughter 8?years old. Everyone loves it, swimming, kayaking, paddle boards and fishing from the pier. The gulf is right across the street. So whatā€™s not to love?

Perfect for families with little ones and elderly people

We loved it so much that we already booked our vacation for next year! The elevator was perfect for my elderly mother who can not do steps. The private beach in the backyard was so convenient and relaxing. Even though it is not as clear as the ocean side it was still beautiful and was ideal set up for our little ones. We walked to the beach on the ocean side one day and drove over two other days. We had the best of both worlds. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with my family and me.

This home is so nice and well equipped with all the necessities of staying with a family. Loved being right on the beach. The sound bar side is essential for all families with young kids.
