This luxury 11th floor condo with 3 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations.

Resort Amenities include pool (NOT HEATED), fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well-furnished bedrooms; 1 King in the primary ensuite, 1 Queen in the second bedroom, and 1 King in the third bedroom to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $285 value. Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

Base rates are for up to 6 guests. Extra fees apply for more than 6 guests. We do not allow large groups or parties at any time in the unit. Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items on a first-come, first-served basis. To borrow one, please visit our office at 1C West Tower for pickup. Kindly return the item to the same location after use.

All Around Awesome

This condo is perfect for beach time with friends. Probably the best stocked condo Iā€™ve ever stayed in! We needed nothing! The furniture and the beds were all so comfortable. Perfect locationā€¦5 minutes for grocery, restaurants, etc. View was amazing & the highlight was the fireworks show on the Navarre pier. We will be back!!

Amazing!!

Weā€™ve been vacationing in Navarre with our kids for the past 10 years or so, and have stayed in many different buildings and units over the years. While theyā€™ve all been absolutely fine, weā€™ve never rebooked the same one twice. I just hadnā€™t found ā€œthe oneā€ yet - until I stepped into this one. It was CLEAN, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, incredible view with comfortable balcony furniture (thatā€™s a deal breaker for us), comfortable living room furniture, etc. And we LOVED the locked storage area on the ground floor. Game changer for keeping sand out of the unit. I have a 12 and 9 year old and theyā€™re both already begging me to make sure I book this unit again for Fall Break next year. Hopefully we can make it happen!!

This condo was very clean and roomy! It had comfortable beds, comfortable living room furniture, and comfortable deck seating. We enjoyed our stay! It had hand soap, paper towels, etc. there for you which helps. I only have two small items that werenā€™t perfect. The kitchen equipment was not great. If you were planning on cooking meals, it could use some improvement. And the master bedroom only has one vent so it was warmer in that bedroom than the rest of the house.

We absolutely loved the condo! Very nice with all the amenities you need. Huge balcony with plenty of seating. Andy Dā€™s restaurant right up the road was very good as well. Will definitely book this condo again in the future.

Great Condo but a surprising restriction

Great condo, but unfortunately a restriction made known to us only a week before our stay will prevent us from renting this condo again. Only 8 people are allowed in the condo at any time which doesn't work for multiple families and friends who have cousins and kids who want to visit and have meals together.
