"Nice little place with modern appliances, a good shower head, Roku TV, clean, and very well stocked. I arrived on 12/23/23 to a wreath on the door and a lighted and decorated Christmas tree in the living room. We had a blizzard and got snowed in the day after Christmas. Stan, the owner, sent a guy over to shovel out the driveway. He also brought a new shovel to leave at the property which I soon put to use after the snowplows came by and blocked the driveway. Nice place with an even nicer...

"This place is spacious, quiet, and has a ton of creature comforts! It is located in a growing area, and is literally minites from Lake Oahe. Plenty of room to park your boat or jetskis. I plan to come back very soon!"

"This house was very cozy and so much space , where daughter and grandkids had their own privacy downstairs in evening. Absolutely beautiful scenery. And huge yard to run around in! Communication was excellent and very understanding!! Great weekend!!"

"Came to Pierre from Yankton SD to celebrate my oldest son's birthday. We were able to cook and have the family together in a very nice setting. Location is great for getting whatever you need while you are there. If you are looking for perfection, it's not for you (it's not a brand new house). But it was great for us, very comfortable and enjoyable. And the host couldn't have been nicer. I suggest calling him if you reserve it, some kind of breakdown between him and the VRBO site."

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better location for a long weekend of fishing and relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and the sunroom was perfect for morning coffee and evening beverages after a long day on the water.
