"Very close with to Mayo Clinic with parking, yet reasonably priced. Which was our main priority. Only complaints were the loud AC unit, that we just unplugged while sleeping. And could not figure out what shows were playing on TV channels. Next time we will have to ask the front desk."

"Room was fine. Comfy bed. Pool area was a disaster. Took the kids down there for a morning swim and it had not been cleaned from the night before. Used towels laying around everywhere and band aids floating in the pool. And this was at 10am, so plenty of time to get things cleaned up from the night prior. Will not be going back."

"The room smelled strongly of marijuana, very dirty, floor sticky, phone didn’t work, internet was very intermittent, and the air conditioner was very noisy. Staff at front desk were very nice. I’ve been here before but this time the room was very unacceptable. The older front desk staff member is excellent, very nice and caring!!"

"The hotel appeared to be under construction, with yellow tape hanging everywhere. The front desk sells snacks but didn't take cash (and was a bit rude about it). The gym has no sauna and the hot tub isn't very hot. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. It's right across from the Mayo Clinic, a convenient walk across the street."

"Wonderful property with a few caveats. The amenities are great, and the location is ideal for St Mary’s. The apartment is large and parking safe and easy. That said, the bed is very hard and pillows aren’t great. The vents also hit directly on your face in the bed, so that was hard to get used to. I would stay again but only if I brought my own pillows and blankets"
