"We did not have a good experience at this hotel as far as customer service goes. The desk person didn't know what he was doing and we got double charged for the hotel. no on could help us the next morning and it took several calls for the situation to be fixed. I don't recommend this hotel for that reason."

"Pros- The lobby was immaculate and the guest services were awesome. Decent bar selection if you want a night cap. Friendly guest services helped out as much as possible. Cons- super thin walls, you will hear all thumps and bumps through the night. Including outside traffic with it being as close kings island. Room still had a couch full of crumbs on sofa so made us weary of cleaning tactics. Decent hotel, but would recommend one a bit further honestly"

"Pool was nice...the first front desk person was nice when checking in but after that staff was kinda rude... breakfast wasn't great then have someone watching you eat and can't eat in room was very uncomfortable...would not take there again...but it was close to king Island"

"Padrão Home2. Bom quarto. Entretanto quando entrei havia uma mancha grudenta no chão e quano pedi para limparem pediram pra esperar até o dia seguinte para encaminharem pessoal da limpeza. Me neguei a espera e pedi que ao menos me entregassem pano de chão e produto de limpeza pra eu mesmo poder limpar, apenas então a moça da recepção disse que ela mesma limparia, o que ela realmente fez."

"This was my third stay at this property. I stayed one night while traveling through town. It was clean enough and quiet enough."

"The property is dilapidated, smells like wet dog and the staff was never at the desk and didn’t answer the phone. Our room was filthy, half used shampoo, no soap and one roll of toilet paper. Had to find one of the room service people for toilet paper and he was busy watching tv in the room he was “cleaning”. My husband half jokingly called this the Discomfort Inn. Never again!"

"Had to wait at front desk to check in for 20 minutes. Clerk was out walking around. Stayed here last year, great stay. This year everything looks run down and tired. Not even a hair dryer in room. Not going to book anymore stays here."

"Entire place is a mess under construction I guess? Didn’t seem like they cared about having people stay there. Like we were inconveniencing them…"

"Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Only one type of creamer (others I have stayed at have a variety) The apples looked like they had been there entirely too long. Very limited choices at the breakfast bar. Looks like the owners were trying to be cheap on the breakfast. Only one side of the toaster worked. Not very well kept. Room was okay. Staff was nowhere to be found at checkout so I can't speak for that."

"We had no issues. Everything was very clean, the breakfast was good and the hotel is located in a nice location. The staff came in and organized/ cleaned our room when we were away. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. Thank you!"
