Me neguei a espera e pedi que ao menos me entregassem pano de chão e produto de limpeza pra eu mesmo poder limpar, apenas então a moça da recepção disse que ela mesma limparia, o que ela realmente fez."

"The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff made sure everything was well stocked. My only problem was the hotel did not have the confirmation for my 2nd room. They initially gave me the key to a room that was already occupied. They corrected the issue and I did not have any additional problems."
