"After having issues with no air conditioning we were told that the only two options were to have a fan or leave and get a refund. While I am understanding that issues arise, the staff acted like this was a huge inconvience for them and wouldn't help. The pool was down and there was no communication of this prior to traveling, which I've experienced with Holiday Inn's"

The staff when checked out was completely ignoring me was too busy on his phone to pay attention to me standing there to ask a question and check out. Room had stinky stuff on the stand and had blood stain or something on the bed sheets. Rooms are outdated but worked for what we needed for a quick stay."
