"We reserved for 5, arrived with conditions for 4. Asked for an extra blanket/pillow, they did not have. 3 bath towels for 5. Roaches at the apartment and a mouse running around apartment doors on 1st floor. Abandoned. "

Não possui área específica para café que deve ser consumido no quarto. Limpeza do quarto só mediante solicitação diária do hóspede."

"There was a noise in the room sometimes but I didn’t think anything of it, but then last day the headboard shook violently and a clawing sound was there. I think there’s a fat rat under the bed"

"All was great except sofa bed which was uncomfortable. We were 5, and we needed that additional bed. Other than that, all was excellent. "

"The front desk wasn’t informative or friendly at check in. I had to ask questions about simple things that should’ve been said like room number, location of elevators how parking works. I had to ask the questions about parking, how it works and than added it for an additional fee."
