"Stayed at Genting Hotel for 1 night as was visiting Birmingham for friend's wedding, and my husband and I had an incredible time! The room was lovely, spacious with a really comfortable bed and ESPA toiletries, the spa was also a lovely treat in the morning, but the highlight had to be the staff! Especially Tamzin, I called reception late at night as I had been caught out (if you know what I mean), and she came up to my room with a little goodie bag full of feminine hygiene products, as well as...

"We were really happy with our stay. The accommodation was very spacious - perfect for our family. Everything was nice and clean. Plenty of parking outside and it is located close to shops and places to eat. Great communication from the owner. Would definitely recommend and stay there again when we are up North!"
