The property was clean, including the bedding and towels. Kitchen and bathroom were equipped with all we needed. Short walk into the city where for the many restaurants. Parking was a challenge. The area where it was indicated we should park was very small, barely wider than the pavement, so the car would have needed to be parked alongside the garage rather than reversed into the space in front of the garage otherwise the car would protrude into the road. This we could not do as there was already a car next to the garage, thereby preventing us from parking there so we had to find alternative parking, which we did nearby. Also, it would appear that the policy on this property is such that a booking over and above one person incurs a cost of 45 for additional guests. There were 2 of us and we were charged that amount. We did take this up with the host and VRBO but were unable to obtain a refund. We could not find this indicated in the small print, either at the time of booking or retrospectively but we did see on the original invoice that it was marked as an additional cost and unfortunately we did miss this at the time of the booking confirmation. We were also contacted by the host regarding our booking as it appeared another party had booked the same days as us, apparently due to a system error, but as we had booked a month earlier and the other party had only booked on the day we received the call the host sorted the problem and cancelled the other parties booking
