Silk Cotton is an exquisite collection of villas, studios and apartments. They are all very spacious and well-appointed homes set among manicured lush tropical gardens. Each unit is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and fittings to make your tropical vacation seamlessly convenient and inviting with all the comforts of home.

Amenities include FREE Wi-Fi, FREE basic cable television, air-conditioning, nighttime security on duty, swimming pools, beach/pool towels, BBQ grill, poolside cabana, etc. We can also assist with booking transportation, tours, day trips, massages, restaurant reservations, private chef and catering services, etc.

Silk Cotton is located in the upper middle-class neighborhood known as Montague Heights. Montague Heights is the neighborhood with Montague Beach, and Silk Cotton is about 3 blocks from the beach. Also, just a short two blocks away is the Harbour Bay Shopping Center with food store, liquor store, bank, Starbucks, Domino's Pizza, Subway Sandwiches, Lowe’s Pharmacy, Day Spa and many necessary stores.

Our guests have total and exclusive access to their villa, studio or apartment. These units are not shared with anyone except the guests that book it.

* Housekeeping Services

All guests pay a one-time cleaning fee directly to VRBO when the reservation is made for the cleaning of the home at checkout. Please take special note that housekeeping services are not included but are available for a nominal fee upon request. Our staff will provide fresh towels and linen every other day during your stay for personal use.

If you require housekeeping services, please notify us via VRBO no later than the night before so our staff can promptly put you on the schedule for the following day. Housekeeping services will include general basic cleaning of the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, & common areas. You will be charged for each request via VRBO for all additional services rendered.
