Take advantage of all the in-home amenities, and hit the town with ease, knowing that Nashville's hot spots including Zanies comedy club, Sinema, Urban Juicer, Publix, and Hattie B's Hot Chicken are in walking distance, and Broadway, GEODIS park, SOBRO, Belmont Mansion, Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, and Vanderbilt University are all less than a 10 min Uber/Lyft ride away.

Living Areas: Each unit boasts an expansive entry way adorned with tasteful furnishings, setting the tone of your visit. With an inviting open floor plan, the living area in each unit features a comfy sofa, smart TV, and access to a private balcony with breathtaking views of Downtown. For a special twist, enjoy the uncovered private balcony in Unit 5, featuring neighborhood/city views and an outdoor dining table.
Kitchen & Dining: The open floor plan conveniently places the kitchen next to the living area. All 6 units offer a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, basic cooking essentials, and island bar seating perfect for hosting gatherings or sharing a snack from nearby local eateries. In addition, Unit 5 offers a dining table perfect for entertaining guests with a more formal meal.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Indulge in the comfort of well-appointed bedrooms, each offering a unique sanctuary. Foxscape is a mix of 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. All 14 bedrooms come with their own en-suite bathroom for extra privacy. For additional guests, all 6 units have an additional sleeping space by the living area with a convenient queen-sized pull-out couch or a full size bed behind a sliding door — this space can be used as an additional entertaining space during the day, and transform into a cozy bedroom by night. *Please see the below Bed Set Up for details
Parking: There are first-come first-serve parking spaces available for 1 vehicle per unit. Additional street parking and nearby lot parking are also available. *Please note, there are cameras located in garage areas, but GNS assumes no liability for the safety and vehicles parked outside the Foxtrot building area. GNS advises car doors to be locked at all times.

Additional House Rules: - Booking guests must be at least 21 years old. - Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time. - GoodNight Stay LLC does not allow local residents to book homes. A local resident is defined as any guest who's primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property. - All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense. - The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty. - A non-refundable accidental damage coverage policy is required and will be paid through GoodNight Stay after booking in the amount of $99 – covers $1,500 in damage. This fee is not associated or included in the initial booking process. This will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted. - Maximum of 10 pets under 35lbs each, $100 fee per pet required. - GoodNight Stay is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms!
