The Space:
Our beautifully decorated home offers you 1,660 square feet of well-appointed space in the heart of East Nashville! We put a lot of care into decorating our home to make sure you have all the amenities you would find in a hotel...but better! :) (Please see our complete amenities list on the listing). Although we don't serve breakfast, there is complimentary coffee, tea and light snacks.

Supervision: Dogs should not be left unattended. Dogs need to be crated if left alone in the house
Housebroken: Dogs must be housebroken
Crates: Dogs should be crated if left alone inside
Potty areas: Guests should use designated potty areas
Noise: Guests should ensure their dog doesn't cause excessive noise

🚭 No Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside, or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please stay clear of the house and keep windows and doors closed to avoid odors inside. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home.
🛠️ Breakages We get it—accidents happen! If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, just give us a quick heads-up. We’d rather hear from you than find a surprise later. Thanks for keeping things thoughtful and honest—it goes a long way!
🧼 Excessive Mess The cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess. We truly value and respect our cleaning team— and we ask that you do too by leaving the space in good condition. We would never want our cleaners to walk into a disaster or be exposed to anything unsanitary or disrespectful. Please follow our easy check-out instructions in this welcome book to avoid additional fees. Thanks for helping us keep things country-cool, classy, and cozy!
⏰ EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS: Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit. The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.

The Neighborhood:
East Nashville is one of the city's hippest areas, thriving on small, local businesses and boutiques. Find great restaurants such as, Margot, Treehouse, and Ten Jack and local sports bars, craft beer bar spots, and upscale cocktail joints.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are GREAT to use in Nashville. They're always about 2 min. away when you are ready to request, and you can get just about anywhere in Nashville for $10 or less. If you decide to rent a car, there is one spot available in the parking lot at the end of our building and there is plenty of street parking available, as well.

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!
A lot of time, care, and money has been put into this home that we LOVE. I only want to have the best guests who will respect my property AND my neighbors. Not looking for rowdy crowds to stay here!
Interaction with Guests:
We're available via messaging through the booking site during the entire booking process up until you arrive. We travel a lot so our friend, Steph, will be your point of contact DURING your stay in Nashville. She's just a text away should you need anything during your stay, but please do not reach out to her PRIOR to your stay as you will be working with us (the owners).
You will have a detailed guest book available at the property with tips on how to work the TV's, trash, check-out instructions, and will also serve as a local guide for my favorite restaurant and bar recommendations.
