Welcome to our luxurious, totally renovated and designer furnished home located in Colonade, one of the finest gated communities in the Park Shore neighborhood of Naples, Florida.

The accommodations within this luxury first floor coach home include (all mattresses are Saatva):

~ A king bed in the main bedroom including a sprawling en suite bathroom

~ A king bed in the second bedroom and this bedroom is just down the hall from the second full sized bathroom

~ The den contains a trundle bed that is perfect for your over night guests, especially kids or grandkids

~ The kitchen has high end, perfectly clean stainless steel appliances along with quartz counters and white cabinetry.

~ Wide plank flooring is consistent throughout the entire floor plan

~ A half bath is conveniently located just off the living room

~ There is a full sized laundry room located between the two bedrooms

~ All furnishings are brand new in 2024

~ A 1 car garage is included with the rental

~ A lovely outdoor screened and covered lanai and is completely private

This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. These are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.

This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and HOA approval has been received.
