Our Seagrape golf villa is a luxury renovated condo in Lely Resort's Greenlinks community, offered for rental exclusively through The Holiday Life! This completely updated unit features 2 King size bedrooms with beautiful bedding, bathrooms with pebble stone tile, granite and Corian countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and all new tile, premium carpeting and furniture throughout. The screened lanai has one of Greenlinks best views over the lake and golf course and is super quiet and peaceful, as it is located at the back of the community. Recline on the leather sofa with theater style seats to watch the flat screen HDTV and enjoy views out to the lake beyond. Another sitting area at the front of the condo has another flat screen and both bedrooms have televisions so there is space for everyone to relax! The dining room seats 6 and has a beautiful built in mini bar and designer lighting for great ambiance during meal time inside - or dine alfresco on the lanai! Greenlinks at Lely Resort was designed as a tropical haven for golf enthusiasts, complete with plenty of features to keep non-golfers happy too! If you are a golfer, a bonus of renting in Greenlinks is that you are eligible for free or discounted golf greens fees at Lely's championship, 4 star Flamingo & Mustang Courses! Discounted rates are available from during the winter and spring high season. Discounted rates vary based on date and time of day - inquire for details! The community is located directly next door to the clubhouse for Lely Resort's 4 Star Rated, championship Flamingo and Mustang Golf Courses. Walk over and enjoy the practice facilities, browse the pro shop, or enjoy a meal or cocktail at Sam Snead's Bar & Grill overlooking the course. In addition to golf amenities, the community offers a private clubhouse with a fitness center and resort style pool area and hot tub for owners and guests. Please note that access to the owner's mailbox is not provided with this unit.

The property was clean and better than pictures. Kitchen has everything. The mattresses were comfy which is not always the case. The pool was clean and there is a small work out room to use. 5 stars for sure. We would come back

Perfect home!

We had a great time in Naples and this property was perfect! We loved everything about it. The home was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was close to everything. The view was beautiful and my children loved the neighborhood pool! We look forward to staying there again next year!

Everything was upscale and modern.. We had just about anything we wanted and more. The layout was fantastic. We had been coming to Lely for 10 years and this was definitely the best unit we have stayed in. Amir was more than accommodating on anything we asked.

My husband and I loved our 2bdrm/2BA unit in South Naples at Lelyā€¦20 minutes to 5th Ave and 25 min to Marco Islandā€¦the unit is lovely with very comfortable furnitureā€¦split bedroom plan with 2 king master suites with great mattressesā€¦the location is near all sorts of restaurants and shoppingā€¦I highly recommendā€¦and the unit is spotless! Thank you for sharing this lovely unit!

We came to Naples from frosty NH to celebrate Christmas with family. Sea grape at Greenlinks was perfect for our stay. Close to groceries and restaurants and a short drive to downtown. Beautiful view of the golf course with a private lanai. Highly recommend.

This condo is exactly as pictured. It is very clean and well stocked. The furnishings are attractive and in great shape. The internet can be spotty at times and the TV in the den did not work at all. About midway through our stay, we made a call for service as the clothes washer had stained sheets with an oily substance. We were assured we would hear from the property manager, but never did. Luckily we had overpacked and had clean clothes until we returned home. Aside from that, it was a great stay and would consider staying there again (assuming they fix the washer!).

This villa was awesome. All that you could wish for was granted inside this villa. Very clean, and it came with a great view. Greenlinks itself is a very nice development too. Highly reccomend.

Month vacation!

Loved the villa! Itā€™s beautifully decorated with up-to-date everything. Beds are fit for a king and queen. Very comfortable! Bathrooms are beautiful and fit our needs. The layout of the unit is perfect. My husband was ā€˜working from homeā€™ so to speak, so we were able to convert the small den into an office for him. It was perfect. Our view overlooked a pond and golf course. We love the golf course too! This area of Naples is awesome. Great for walks and bike rides! Pool was very nice also. We were definitely able to enjoy all that we could even with the threat of Coronavirus. The kitchen is nicely stocked with lots of pot and pans, etc.. Canā€™t wait to come back!

Beautiful and Comfortable

Our experience was terrific. No problems at all. Weā€™ve rented several properties in the Lely community and enjoy that area immensely. We love to golf and find the two public courses ar Lely to our liking. We generally eat several times at Sam Sneads and enjoy the quality and variety of their food. The amenities (pool, workout room) at Greenlinks are quite nice and suited our needs.
