Inside your home away from home, the fabulous amenities only continue! The spacious living room boasts comfortable seating and a large TV. Steps from here, the well-equipped kitchen presents a pleasant space to play chef. The coffee lovers of your group will adore the provided Nespresso machine and Nespresso pods.

Ideal for remote work situations, the home even boasts its own office, complete with a large screen monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

Full of light and adorned with soft linens, the bedrooms are equally comfortable. The bathrooms are just as impressive with the primary bedroom featuring a soaking tub and separate vanities. Additional interior amenities include a screened porch, a private washer/dryer, a wine fridge, and central air-conditioning.

Situated in a prime location, you are close to Naples downtown, the airport, beaches, and great restaurants at Mercato. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This vacation rental requires the completion of an application requiring sensitive information to be submitted directly to the HOA 30 days prior to arrival.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
