The movie theater building on the property has a massive, comfortable pit couch for all your friends and family to enjoy cinema right in your own home! The sound system is a fully customized Dolby Atmos setup, which is similar to that of an IMAX movie theater. We have also provided IMAX-style seating in the back of the theater, which allows for comfortable lounging. With that, we have also included a popcorn machine in the case you felt like snacking while enjoying a movie. The movie theater is hooked up to an Apple TV, so you can watch on all your favorite streaming platforms!

CONCIERGE SERVICE
This property comes with 24/7 concierge service that will be available to you for any help you may need! From needing help with appliances to asking for extra towels, we can help with all! We want to make sure that your stay is as comfortable and accommodating as possible!

GAME ROOM
Enjoy the properties game room with a stocked snack bar and a full sized billiards table! It is located right by the movie theater so it’s easy to go between both activities with your entire group!

LANAI AND POOL
The pool comes with a heated and jet spa which allows for maximum relaxation. The lanai area has a spacious walkable area and lots of space for lounging when hanging around by the pool! We have also provided pool toys and items to entertain the entire family! For convenience, there is an outdoor shower as well as a designated outdoor bathroom for the pool, making it easy to clean up right after the pool. At night, the area will automatically light up, making it a magical experience to swim under.

LIVING ROOM
Enjoy the mid-century modern living room fully customized by Italian decorators! The space has a 75 inch 4k Roku TV, allowing you to comfortably enjoy all your streaming platforms. The space also comes with an expansive book collection for those that enjoy reading.

IN HOUSE CAFE
Right by the living room is a personal coffee-making station with a professional espresso machine and a variety of syrup flavors to make whatever style of coffee you wish!

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with best-in-class appliances and provides all the tools and utensils needed for a great meal. We also havea Keurig and extra creamers for anyone who likes to have some quick caffeine! Additional appliances include an oven, microwave, and multi-use air fryer.

The dining room comes with a touch of jazz, with a record player table to be used to your liking! We have provided a great collection of vinyl to use, or if you like to connect via Bluetooth, you can as well!

BEDROOMS
The king and queen bedrooms are equipped with luxury memory foam beds. The twin bunk bedroom is perfect for kids who like to have some space to enjoy and bond. There are two masters, each with their own bathrooms, which allow for ease when traveling with a big group or big families. This does not include the extension suite, which includes its own bathroom, outdoor lanai, and kitchen.

EXTENSION SUITE
The extension suite is perfect for those that want a bit more privacy when traveling with a big group! The room comes with a private kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor seating area.

BATHROOMS
There are 5 total bathrooms on the property with 4 being within the main house. One is within the extension suite and the other is designated for the pool area.

DISABILITY ACCOMMODATIONS
There are no stairs in the house, as it is one floor, so people with walking or movement disabilities can freely get around the house.
