"Our family of five (one being our doggy) enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and spacious for us. The view was incredible! We all enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board, along with some great fishing! We enjoyed the ice cream at Sweeties Pies down the road. We were too busy on the water to pull ourselves away to explore Pleasant Mountain, but a very nice neighbor down the street told us there is a great trail off of Mountain Road if we wanted to hike the mountain. "

"The property is located on Kettle Cove on Sebago Lake. It is in a no wake zone for it is perfect for kayaking. The covered dock is perfect for meals and for viewing lake activity. Duck and loons are in the area and are fun to watch. The whole house AC is a special treat on hot, humid nights. The owner provides 2 kayaks, and a canoe as well as a dock to moor your boat. "Love that the property is so close to the water. The boys caught so many fish even right off the dock. The sand bar is so close but where the property is, it's so quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning did a great job keeping it cold. "

There wa plenty of seating for meals. The stairs to the lake are well-maintained an has benches at every landing should you need to rest. The boats, paddles, and PFDs were in good condition. "Wonderful seamless stay. Check in was easy, host left instructions around about how to use amenities, access WiF, etc. It was great to be right on a small lake, made for very peaceful coffee on the dock in the mornings. The property is right off a busy road - so if car sounds bother you it’s something to be aware of, but did not impact our stay. Great spot for trips to Sebago or downtown Portland. "
