Ski Pleasant Mountain about 12 miles and 20 minutes away, or plan a Sunday River day trip, about 31 miles and 45 minutes away. Return to a fireplace, hot tub, private sauna and a big table for dinner and board games. Drive times are approximate; allow extra time for winter roads.

THE SPACE
Approximately 2,500 square feet, with window-unit air conditioning and boiler/baseboard heating.
Space for everyone. Five bedrooms and five bathrooms mean grandparents, siblings, and cousins each get their own room and some peace.
One big table. The dining room table and the full kitchen, with an island, dishwasher, ice maker, and a mini fridge, make group meals easy.
Room to spread out. A private living room with a fireplace, a backyard, a deck, and an outdoor play area give kids and adults places to land.
Winter evenings. Warm up by the fireplace, enjoy the hot tub and private sauna, or gather for a board game. The fire pit, hammock and other outdoor spaces are weather dependent.
Easy with little ones. Suitable for children and infants, with a pack ‘n play, fireplace guards, outlet covers, and kids’ books.

THE AREA
This farmhouse is in Harrison, in Maine`s Lakes Region. Pleasant Mountain is the closer ski option, approximately 12 road miles and 20 minutes away. Sunday River`s South Ridge base is approximately 31 road miles and 45 minutes away, suited to a ski day trip.

After skiing, return to the quieter pace of a small Maine town. Quiet hours are 10pm–8am.

Distances and drive times are approximate and depend on the base area, traffic and road conditions. Allow extra time for winter weather.

GETTING AROUND
A car is required for ski areas and local outings. The driveway accommodates four vehicles. Use a vehicle equipped for winter conditions and allow extra time during snow or ice.

GUEST ACCESS
Entry uses a Schlage Encode smart lock. The garage and shed are locked owner-only areas and are not available to guests.

PARKING
Free private driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. Trailer or boat parking requires prior approval.
