This Bed and Breakfast is located on the Yountridge Estate. Commanding views of the valley, uncompromising hospitality, and luxurious amenities make all who visit feel on top of the world. Nestled in the heart of Napa this estate provides the authentic wine country experience and allows relaxation and recalibration during your stay. After a day of wine tasting relax, play a game of pool in the game room, or retire to the roof deck with a good book and a bottle of liquid treasure.

Yount Ridge Estates rests on 15 acres with some of the most stunning views of the Napa Valley. Just a 5 minute drive from town yet a short drive up the hillside for your to enjoy our 180 degree views of the Valley. The perfect blend of convenience and seclusion.

The estate provides ample space for connection, wellness, entertainment and relaxation. The dinning room offers a massive 10 person dinning table, the 2nd floor pool table, smart tv and Sonos sound systems combined provide the ultimate entertaining experience and the lower and roof top decks offer the ambiance to connect and enjoy your vacation time with your guests, family and friends.

*PLEASE NOTE the property currently has construction ongoing in the backyard scheduled for completion by end of August. Crews are absent on weekends, holidays, and select days. The entire home is open and available for use still.

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount paid. Cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, get back 50%. Less than 14 days will not get a refund.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 cars but it is a steep driveway to take note of

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
We expect that you will treat our house as your own and respect your surroundings. While your nearest neighbor is out of sight, we expect you will keep outside noise to reasonable levels.

Outdoor amplified sound shall not be allowed at any time associated with a vacation rental per our Napa County Code of Conduct.
Note: Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.

Check in is at 4:00pm, check out is 10:00am, if you arrive before or check out late guests are subject to an hourly fee.

Events of any kind are not permitted in accordance to the Napa County Code of Ordinances Failure to do so will result the security deposit returned to host, a negative renter review and potential ban from future rental of our properties.

Family Weekend

The house is a perfect location to experience the Napa Valley. Close to everything, wonderful views, amenities, and great service. The property has been updated in certain areas and there are signs of ongoing enhancements. The property still has some bugs to work out but overall it provides a lot of value and should only improve over time as more work is done. For the price itā€™s a good value with four bedrooms!

Wine country bonding with our adult kids

Wow, photos do not do this place justice! Most beautiful views of any place we have ever stayed in wine country. Deck is huge and the rooftop was fantastic to hang out at night and see the stars. Would definitely book it again. A couple of small things, it would be nice to have more instructions on how to use the tv and radio. Also could not start the fire pit on the rooftop.

Views canā€™t be beat!!!!

The views are stunning. We had a chef cook every night so we could stay at the house! We had a blast playing pool and foosball in the evenings. Due to the construction there was no patio furniture which wasnā€™t enjoyable but the landlord made some concessions. Very steep windy road to get to the house but it ls how you get the beautiful views! Over all the house was great. The location is great. You wonā€™t be disappointed and we will stay there again.

The entire stay was great! Awesome communication with the host! Perfect central location.. we had no issues getting grocery deliveries .. we had a chef come in for private dinners 2 nights and were impressed by the dishes and amenities! We are already talking about returning when the pool is built !!

Worth the price of admission!

I've always loved seeing this place perched up on the hill as you drive south on 29. I was pleasantly surprised when it popped up on VRBO! Amazing house, views, location. We had a blast! Totally worth the price.

We loved our stay here! The views from this house are spectacular! Location was also perfect...close to many wineries and restaurants.Very helpful host...great communication throughout our stay. Kitchen was well stocked...we decided to cook in instead of going out! Great house for entertaining! Highly recommend!

The view of the Napa Valley from the property is most amazing from the property. It is spacious, comfortable and the host was very responsive and helpful. Close to Yountville and amazing dining and in the heart of the Napa Valley it is close to all the popular restaurants and vineyards the location is famous for. A big 2 thumbs up!

Amazing time in Napa!

The location of this property was central to everything we wanted to do in Napa, from wineries to restaurants. It was super clean and had all the amenities we needed, especially with the hot tub. Incredible views on-site, and so much space!

A wonderful stay and an amazing home!

The house was great for our group with large spaces indoors, multiple living rooms, and huge outdoor areas with panoramic views of Napa valley. We loved our room with en-suite bathroom. The location is minutes from Yountville and we visited multiple wineries just up the road. We also had an easy experience with the host and seamless check-in / check out.
