"The studio inside was clean and well stocked with extra linens and terry. Outside needs attention. Simple things like picking up trash, removing broken lawn furniture, etc. Trash between the main house and the studio appears to have been there for quite awhile. The cooler provides on the deck was full to the brim with water. No idea if melted ice from use or ???? If the owner/manager would do the simple things this could be a 5 star property. Location was good. Unlike previous reviews...

"The place was adorable and the location was perfect. We could walk to the beach, to an amazing little bakery and it gave us great access to our weekend of wedding events.Irene had suggested sunset at Mayflower Beach and it was spectacular. We will be back in the future."
