Please note that the area behind the home is used by another business and there may be some traffic in and out, but it should not disrupt your stay, please reach out if there if you have any questions or concerns!



Guest Access:

With three bedrooms, including a luxurious king in the master suite, a queen in the second room, and an adult-rated queen over queen bunk bed, as well as additional sleeping options like a queen air mattress and pack and play, our home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. All the mattresses are high-end gel-infused memory foam, sure to impress.

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing

To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.



Pet Policy

Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:



$50 for 1 dog



$100 for 2 dogs



Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee.



Smoking & Substance Policy

No recreational drug use



Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees.



Neighborhood Quiet Hours

City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.



Contactless Check-In & Host Access

We offer a seamless arrival with our smart lock system. If you need anything during your stay, we’re just a message or text away.



Digital Guestbook & Add-Ons

We provide a digital guestbook with essential details about your stay, house information, local recommendations, and checkout instructions. You can also request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and a small fee) through the guestbook.



Security Deposit & Damage Waiver

Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation.

You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.



Additionally, please be aware that we have flood irrigation, so every Wednesday, the yard will be flooded.
