Welcome to On Beach Time, a warm and welcoming retreat. The open, airy layout makes it simple to relax with abundant windows filling the living space with natural light. Step outside onto the wrap-around decks to enjoy peaceful mornings with coffee or unwind in the evening breeze in a private setting.



The top level features a loft with a TV and a love seat, perfect for movie nights, cozying up with a book and enjoying amazing sunsets. Just off the loft is a Queen bedroom, along with a second bedroom offering two Twin beds and beautiful views of the sound. A full hallway bathroom on this level adds extra convenience for guests.



The mid level serves as the heart of the home. The fully equipped kitchen opens seamlessly into the dining area, with doors leading out to the deck for easy indoor-outdoor living. Adjacent to the kitchen and dining space, the bright and inviting living room features expansive windows and a large, comfortable sofa spacious enough for the whole family. The Queen primary suite with a private ensuite bathroom is also located on this level, along with a laundry room and a half bath.

Village Beach Club Access

Guests receive complimentary access the Village Beach Club from May through September. Amenities include the community pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and basketball court, a great way to relax on arrival day, after check-out, or anytime during your stay.



Parking at the Beach Club requires registration of any vehicle, with a fee of $10 per day or $50 per week, per car, paid directly to the Club.



The local course is public and open to everyone, and guests are welcome to play at their discretion.



In addition to the Beach Club, guests have access to two private sound side parks within the Village, complete with a pier, gazebo, and launch area for kayaks or canoes, plus two public ocean beach access points nearby with convenient parking.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. Please note that failure to follow these ​rules, ​including bringing pets or exceeding the home’s occupancy limit​ may result in fines or eviction.

The Neighborhood:

Known for towering sand dunes in Jockey's Ridge State Park and along the coastline, Nags Head is a beach town on North Carolina's Outer Banks. Enjoy beautiful walks on woodsy paths or boardwalks, with plenty of local wildlife and greenery. A variety of shops, restaurants, and other excursions are available in addition to the natural environment.



Note: A beach nourishment project is underway in Nags Head through summer 2026 and may temporarily affect the beach near this property.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products, toiletries, detergents and cleaning products to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
