Spacious 5-Bedroom, 4-Bathroom Layout

-Two Oceanfront Primary Suites: Each features a king-size bed, a private bath with a luxurious tiled walk-in shower, and direct access to a sprawling 32-foot oceanfront balcony.

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.

House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

Breathtaking, HGTV interiors, so much room for our party of 11, fully equipped kitchen. Not an all inclusive so u do need obviously food and other essentials. We were well aware of this and prepared.

Great condo. Very spacious and comfortable. Directly on and facing the ocean. Our family really enjoyed our time there. Only downside was the early check out time made us feel rushed after such a relaxing stay

Property is nice but outdated, not a lot for little children under the age of 2 to 3 years old to do no water slides, no onsite restaurants. Location good for local restaurants, sovereign shopping, and beach access. Rooms nice and clean with plenty of room.

This is our third summer to visit and stay at Sourhwind. Each year a larger condo and each has been so nice! Accessibility to beach and other fun areas is what makes this place a definite win. Will be back next summer.

This is the best condo we've ever rented through VRBO. The facility and location was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be back in the future but unfortunately can't do it again next year

Pictures speak a thousand words and in this case, that was true. The property was top notch. Parking was a breeze. Check-in and Check-out was automated with a simple code to enter the rental. Will certainly book this property again.

We had a total of 3 families (kids ages 15, 15, 12, 8) and it was very spacious and we had a great time! The indoor pool was great to have on the not so great weather days and access to the beach was super easy. The balcony was large enough that we could all be outside to enjoy the view. We enjoyed the location and would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

WE LOVE THIS CONDO!!! We could not be more pleased with this property. Online description was very accurate. Lots of room. We had six adults and everyone had a comfortable place to sit in the living room. The kitchen was very well stocked for preparing & cooking meals. There is even two carafe coffee makers and a K-Cup maker. Bedrooms & bathrooms were great! Of course the most favorite thing was the view! We watched the ocean roll in all week! I cannot say enough good things about this condo. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful place! Tons of room to spread out. Great view of beach. The only thing I wish the place had was spices! Had to buy some at the beach. No salt and pepper shaker. Other than that well stocked. I took a hair dryer, but there was one there. Overall, great place in a quiet area of MB! Awesome!

This condominium was perfect for our family! The decor was beautiful and went with our perfect ocean front view! I did have to call because the remotes didn’t work to the TVs or fans but they came right up and took care of that! Overall my family thoroughly enjoyed themselves!

the property is amazing, is as pictured. We were 4 adults and 5 kids and was big enough not to be on top of each other. The apartment is super well equipped. Location on the beach is awesome. Just not happy with those that are taking the elevators without masks when masks are mandatory in elevators.

The property was nice. A few things was not available. 1. The cable only had 2 to 3 channels available to watch. The children only could watch cartoons if we was willing to purchase the channel. Netflix was blocked. So we was unable to use that as well. 2. There was no dish soap available. 1 packet laundry soap. 3. It stated no pets but a few people had brought their pets. 4. Someone was smoking( not cigarettes) and we was targeted for it by another renter. So we get 1 visit from the maintenance guy. We was not the culprits. But felt a targeted by the renter regarding we was the only multiracial family there. We smelled it as well but was not going to be complainers and ruin anyone's getaway during these crazy times. 5. The property was nice and a great location with easy access to the pool and ocean.
