Summary:

This first floor beach condo is located along the Golden Mile Section of Myrtle Beach. You will enjoy the peaceful condo along with the dedicated beach access for guests of this complex. Despite being a quiet area, the complex is only minutes away from all the shopping, restaurants, attractions and golf courses that the Grand Strand has to offer. This is the perfect spot for a family or couple getaway!



Per HOA guidelines, at least one guest in the booking party must be 21 years old or older in order to check in



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!



Parking: Easy access private parking lot monitored by security. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: **No Elevator** Must walk up about 10 steps to get to unit on 1st floor. Ramp entry on the side of the building. Self check-in with keypad. **Please note there is a ring doorbell at the front door**



Kitchen: Newly updated floors/appliances/slow-close cabinets! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Coffee machines for both lovers - K-cups or standard drip filters!



Family room: Enjoy the large flat screen. Access to Oceanview balcony via sliding glass doors. *Sleeper sofa.*



Bedroom 1: Balcony access! 1 king bed.



Bathroom 1: Stand up shower.



Bedroom 2: Queen bed and single bed.



Bathroom 2: Located in hallway between the bedrooms. Full shower/tub.



Reminder: *Sleeper sofa in living area*



Balcony: Beautiful Oceanview. Seating.



Pool/hot tubs: There are 2 pools, 1 kids pool, and 2 hot tubs in the complex. The two hot tubs are located next to buildings C and E. The pools will be closed for the season between November 15th and March 15th. One of the hot tubs will remain open year round.



Beach: Walk across the street and use one of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less crowded than the large resort areas. Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided, but the guest will be responsible for anything not provided or any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Coin operated machines in the complex. $2 per wash and $2 per dry, recommend bringing quarters if you plan to do laundry. Located on the 2nd floor.



Other Amenities: Grilling area for guests. Stationary workout equipment along sidewalk in front of condo.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the Ocean Forest Villas complex (pools/hot tubs/grilling).



The Neighborhood:

This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach, known as the Golden Mile Section.

- Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 7.7 miles

- Broadway At The Beach is about 3.6 miles

- The Ripken Experience Myrtle Beach is about 5.3 miles

- Myrtle Beach Convention Center is about 3.2 miles



Getting Around:

Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.



No pets. Max guest count is 6.

Routine Pest Control happens on the second Thursday of every month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.
