Step inside and you'll find a bright, inviting apartment that sleeps three guests comfortably, featuring a plush king bed and a twin-size sleeper sofa.

The unit is thoughtfully furnished with all the essentials, and then some. Enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV with basic cable, and stay comfortable year-round with AC and heat. The private bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, vanity, and everything you need to freshen up after a long day at the beach. Step out onto the private balcony and take in stunning views of the ocean, you might even spot dolphins playing in the surf or catch one of Myrtle Beach's unforgettable sunsets.

As of 2024, this condo has been given a fresh new look, and we're thrilled to share it with you! New flooring has been installed throughout, giving the space a clean, modern feel. Much of the furniture has been refinished, and we've added a new table to create a more functional and inviting dining area.

What really sets this rental apart is the full kitchen, an amenity that's hard to find in many similar units. The oversized countertop and additional cabinet space make it easy to cook, store, and serve meals just like you would at home. Whether you're whipping up breakfast before hitting the beach or enjoying a quiet dinner in, the kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, glasses, and everything else you might need. You'll also find a full-size fridge and freezer, stove, oven, and kitchen sink. And if you'd rather let someone else do the cooking, you're in luck, Myrtle Beach is packed with incredible restaurants, all just a short drive or delivery away. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other delivery services are readily available.

We make packing light easy. Fresh towels, clean linens, and all basic toiletries are provided, including starter items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. Each bathroom is stocked with 8 towels and 8 washcloths for your convenience.

While the Sea Mist is a 65-year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

Sea Mist also offers numerous indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, a sauna, a restaurant, a huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit. (Please note that the mini waterpark across street, all water amenities, and movie theater are not available to our guests.)

While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our rates reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!
