This ocean view condo is fully furnished with everything you need for your next vacation. This apartment features 1 king bed, 1 twin size sleeper sofa, and will comfortably accommodate 3 guests. The unit is also furnished with a dresser, TV with basic cable, AC and Heat, mini kitchen, private bathroom with tub/shower and vanity, as well as a private ocean view balcony. This is a perfect rental for a couple, a group of friends, or a small family! Located on the 8th floor of the Driftwood Building, the view from the balcony is breathtaking, and many of our guests have spotted dolphins and gorgeous sunsets!
As of 2024, this unit has been updated and we could not be more excited to share with you! For starters, new flooring was installed throughout the entire unit. A majority of the furniture in the unit was refinished, giving the unit a fresh look! A new table was also added.
This rental features some unique updates that many others simply do not have. This condo offers a full kitchen, and our guests love the oversized countertop space, as well as the extra cabinets for storage. This unit truly feels like a home away from home!
The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you'll need to cook! Guests will have access to a full-size fridge, freezer, stove, oven, kitchen sink, and more. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very popular in this area.
Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.
While the Sea Mist is a 65-year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.
Sea Mist also offers numerous indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, a sauna, a restaurant, a huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit. (Please note that the mini waterpark across street, all water amenities, and movie theater are not available to our guests.)
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid-stay cleaning requests for a small fee.
While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our rates reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!
