Enjoy this comfortable condo on the 7th floor with luxurious water view.
In the most affordable luxurious waterfront condo, you can enjoy quiet and spectacular views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the landmark GD bridge . The resort host several bars, including a seasonal pool bar, an outdoor pool overlooking the marina, an indoor pool, a fitness facility.

Please show your ID to the front desk ,who will issue the key cards.
The front desk will provide the WIFI information.
These keycards could stop working once a while. The front desk would reprogram them for you if that does happen. Keeping them away from your cellphone would help preventing malfunctioning.

We have stayed here previously and it’s very convenient to everything . Did miss the anchor club it was low key, prices were reasonable and we enjoyed the food. 357 is nice but pricey. Unhappy with the fact because we were considered 3rd party we couldn’t valet park or get room service.

Beautiful Condo

Our family had a wonderful stay in this condo! It was in an awesome location of everything and the balcony was perfect for watching the boats on the waterway. We would definitely love to stay again! Thank you, Janet!

Condo and property were exactly as described. Condo very clean and spacious with all amenities. Pool was very relaxing and able to order food from the bar. Impressed with the pool attendant who kept everyone within the pool rules. Shuttle is a short ride to the beach. The shuttle driver has beach towels for guests to use. Overall excellent stay and look forward to returning.

Wonderful experience

We truly enjoyed our stay at Janet's place. The resort had so much to offer, and the apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the boats move up and down the intracoastal waterway. The resort is conveniently close to everything. We highly recommend. We hope to return!

Lovely accommodations

We had a wonderful family graduation weekend at Marina Inn. Our host was very communicative and the suite was perfect. Roomy, clean, great view of the ICW. Will definitely book again in the future.

Relaxing time

I wish we would have had more time at this beautiful place. There was plenty of room for our party of 3. There was some work being done on the floor above us but we ended up staying at the pool longer to avoid the nose. The pool area was so relaxing and beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

Family trip for spring break

My overall stay was perfect. The room was better than expected. Communication with Janet was professional with quick responses. I had trouble with my room key when I arrived and had to be issued another card. The location is near everything. I will definitely stay again.

Poor communication

We never got to stay at this rental. We arrived, checked in and tried to get into the rental only to find that the floor it was on was closed for maintenance. The resort front desk manager told us that floors 6 & 7 were closed to all guests. All rental management companies had been sent not one but two emails regarding it. Janet finally responded back to my text and tried to relocate us to a totally different place that was not in a 4 star resort and in downtown Myrtle Beach. We are two grown middle aged women and wanted a quiet luxurious place, not amongst college spring break kids! We finally told Janet we needed her to call us, not text that way we could straighten it out. She apologized for the situation and said she missed those emails. We stated we would be staying at the Marina Inn and the manager said to call the front desk and speak to him. Janet stated she called but both the manager and the woman at the desk did not receive a call. In the meantime, the manager reserved us a room and matched the price. Janet did refund our money in a very short time frame which was great. It was a very frustrating situation. We are lucky the resort has amazing people working there. The Marina Inn will have our repeat business but we will not be renting through Ocean One Vacations, a LAIO investment.

FANTASTIC

Beautiful place to stay. So close to everything we wanted to do. Friendly staff extremely clean environment. Even though I missed the email because I promised I wouldn’t work on vacation, our host was great at communicating and checking to see how we were, again I didn’t see it till getting home but it was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again and recommend this host!

Great Stay

The unit was clean the decor was modern and the location was ideal for my stay. At first, I was a little concerned with access to the unit being outside instead of from the interior of the building, but the door was heavy and made of steel so pretty secure. The unit itself was very nice and did not have that dated beach decor so prevalent at Myrtle Beach. I like the granite countertops, and deck with the view of the river. The bathrooms were modern and clean and the lobby bar was very pretty with a nice sitting area where I enjoyed a cocktail by the warm fireplace. I went in winter so although SC is not very cold, it made the space cozy. I would definitely stay again if I want to visit Myrtle Beach in a comfortable spot.

Perfect Stay

Check in was efficient with the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes front desk ( took less than 5 minutes to receive two key cards). The Condo is located on 7th floor overlooking the waterway and Grande Dunes golf course. The suite is very clean and well maintained. Beds are comfortable with soft linen. Kitchen is well equipped. Bathrooms are clean. Janet is the hosts , she’s great with the communication between us. She makes sure everything works smoothly during our stay. We will sure come back to this unit in the future.

Impressive!

My wife and I were in town for our wedding anniversary. I wanted a unit that was safe, roomy and more homelike, this place did not let us down. Very spacious and clean, updated appliances and everything worked. We definitely will be booking our next trip to try and stay at this location.

Beautiful Stay at a Beautiful Property

Enjoyed a great Thanksgiving week at Marina Inn Grande Dunes. Great communication with the host Janet. Getting up/down to the room and the valet gentlemen Jason and Bruce were amazing and super helpful. Our suite was spacious, cozy, the kitchen was well appointed, and the balcony and view were refreshing. Have visited here before and would definitely visit again with this host! Thanks!

Home comfort condo

GREAT place to call home while on vacation. Check-in easy, but does take a little time for building security to provide access cards. Perhaps 30 mins. Not a big deal.
