"For the money it’s an ok stay. Host was in contact before stay but not after. I had asked about coffee maker and was told drip but coffee maker missing filter holder. Thermostat in bedroom was low battery that we had to replace after telling host. The air did not work first night of stay. Furniture is worn and torn. There is no Murphy bed as listing states. There are 3 jets out in garden tub. The end. "

"The property has a great location with beach access, views and very nice pools! Communication with the host was great! The only negative we had was that it wasn't the cleanest, there were weird brown smears on the living room walls and floors….. the furniture was a bit old/ beat up. Overall not a bad property to stay at! Just know it’s not very updated."

"No hot water low floor not ocean view should have a place to smoke besides the street stove not working door lock a pain to work patio door to heavy"
