"The kitchen was very tight, lots of cheap materials that did not work very well. They were very adamant about cleaning the dishes or they would charge a fee, and only left us half of a sponge to do so. So it was very difficult to keep it clean to their standards, which also made me feel like the dishes weren’t cleaned well before we arrived. The toilet seat was not screwed in all the way and neither was the patio door handle. So that was uncomfortable. BUT The resort was super nice and amazing...

"I was called and asked to change condos and that I would get upgrade. Hah!. The place they put us in was terrible, Front door handle was broke and fell of when we tried to open. Chairs on porch were broken, picnic bench rotted, wood roaches on counter top killed half dozen. The ice container in the refrigerator had mold on it. The dispensers on refrigerator for ice didn’t work. The towels they brought looked like they bought them at a thrift store and they were wet. Run for your life from...

"Super cute little penthouse room with a beautiful view! The only complaint we have is the bed. It was EXTREMELY squeaky and moved every time one of us rolled over, it also dents in the middle and is not very comfortable. It’s definitely time to replace the mattress. Other than that we loved our stay! If the bed got replaced we would definitely stay again. "

"Communication with the host was not good. Tried contacting before we arrived, calling, VRBO messaging, and texting. No response. I began to think this wasn’t real. When we arrived we received a text with the code to get in- except the message was missing THE CODE. Finally received an answer with a code- the WRONG code. Was asks to try a different one, which did work. Raises security concerns. Had questions during the stay, once again no response. Just automated nonsense. The room is dated....
