For the most part the stay was fine, until it wasn’t. The check-in process was easy. There were small things missing that were needed. There was no iron/ironing board, beach towels, proper dishes to cook with, no pitcher for beverages. I over looked that and made do with what we had. I will say the proximity to the beach was a plus. I wish I could feel the breeze from the beach, especially when the A/C stopped working. It stopped working at some point on Thursday. I notified the host that evening and he suggested every type of trouble shooting possible, which I tried, all to no avail. I was later informed that a technician would come out on Saturday at 10:30 am(my check out was 11:00). I was offered a 100 voucher for breakfast(Friday night) at any local restaurant for my inconvenience. I never received that voucher. It’s too hot to have an a/c that malfunctions or does not work. For the record, the unit didn’t freeze. The temp stayed between 72/upstairs & 74/downstairs.

Nice location, only a couple minutes walk to the beach. Dan communicated with me from the day I booked & throughout our stay. I definitely recommend booking!!

Clean small townhouse perfect for a family and really close to the water. Unfortunately we had the AC break but the owner was working to get a repair company out as soon as possible.

This place was great! Easy to find and great location. One turn and you're less than a 4 minute walk to beach! Great deal for the spot! Would stay here again!

This was the perfect place for a quick getaway for my family. Minus the unfortunate lack of air conditioning in the middle of summer, Danny was extremely accommodating to our needs and did his best to ensure that we were as comfortable as possible.

Very quite n pleasant neighborhood everything was within reach and people were pleasant as well, the beach was a two block walk and a drive to any market and boardwalk, had a great time, sure I’ll get to come back.

We had a great time staying in this Myrtle Beach townhome. It was very clean, decorated simply and nicely, and it had all the necessities as far as linens, kitchen appliances, pots/pans and dishes, etc. It was nice and roomy for our family of 6 instead of having to stay in a cramped hotel space. We particularly loved the location! During our stay, we we were able to walk very easily to mini-golf, ice cream, a mini-mart, and the beach. The owner provided great communication and was very responsive to us. I'd definitely recommend this place to others or go back again ourselves!

This unit was easy to find and park and is an easy walk to the beach. We also walked to a nice restaurant for dinner. Very clean. You will need to drive to get to the boardwalk area but that keeps the traffic down. I would stay again.

This property was so awesome! I’ve rented thru vrbo plenty of times and from my experience, this location was the best, hands down! Dan communicate so fast thru the app and was so nice! Someone left a comment that said the property was a nice little townhouse so my thoughts were all over the place because I had already paid for it when I seen the comment. There weren’t any reviews when I booked it, I mite add, so the pictures alone were my only go-to. So I’ll break down everything to give a full detailed description of our stay at this property. As soon as we got on the street to the townhouse, it’s PLENTY of things you can do, especially if you’re traveling with children. Plenty of food places & Walmart. Literally two mins down the street. The beach is DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET! We walked to the beach! As soon as we walked in it smelled so good in there!!! The “little” comment that I seen earlier was definitely an understatement!!! The front room is so spacious with a really nice size tv! It always has logins for Netflix, etc. When I went up stairs the rooms were very spacious! Both rooms have their own bathroom & shower. Both rooms have spacious closets & the property was stocked with PLENTY of linens. I’m a neat freak so I have to change my bed sheet everyday (OCD) and it was more than enough to accommodate me. The property comes with pots & pans, as well as a coffee maker & dining ware. The only thing you would have to do is buy your own food. There is a washer & dryer & a dishwasher. The neighborhood is so quite! We seen cars but I hardly seen any people lol. It was just an awesome stay over all! I will definitely be coming back!!! Every little bit of the price was worth it for me and my family as we celebrated my daughter’s 13 birthday on the beach! Thank you so much Dan!
