"The location was convenient a boardwalk away from the beach. No crowds. 3 big pools (1 was heated-ish). The house was well stocked with beach chairs, etc. The property is a little dated, but the location overcame that. Would have loved to see it in its prime. Great host! Very responsive. "

"Room was clean, Staff met us and gave us our key even though we got there at 11:30pm SO GRATEFUL FOR THAT, super easy drive to the beach, very comfortable for the price. Would stay again. I'm the kind of person who spends more on the actvities than the place we sleep, so I loved staying here! I felt safe and would stay again."

"So we booked last minute and yes we got what we paid for the room was so dirty I had to go out buy cleaning supplies and my own blankets and pillow and towels. The door had a huge gap at the bottom so I used their towels to close it off The plumbing just sits in the tub and sink and takes a while to go down Only good thing I can say is the propriety is quiet"

I watched some tv and noticed several baby cockroaches climbing up the bedside table. I woke my husband and his foot landed right next to a larger one. We packed up. "Great place! We enjoyed our time here and the location was perfect for Sandfest! We cant wait to stay here in the future! Floors in rooms could have been a little cleaner, but overall, it was great."

The Pool bathroom was a little unkept and could have used a bit more of extra attention. Room was clean but had that mildewy smell about it. Kept it pretty freezing so the smell wouldn't over take.
