"I can’t say enough about this place. First, the condo is spectacular. Large master bedroom and good sized second room with queen bed and bunk beds for kids. Large kitchen and living area. Balcony on the water. Condo is updated and everything is in great shape. The highlight was that we could literally walk down the boardwalk and right into Sandfest. Perfect! "The check-in was effortless! The property manager had everything ready for us. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. Short walk to the beach, and I did not read on listing, but we also had access to their storage unit that had all the beach toys and chairs! The bed was big and comfy and there were lots of bed linens and blankets for the pullout sofa. We had a wonderful time and the price was also great!"

"Overall the experience was very relaxing with the exception of a small sugar ant problem that I did not take the time to report during my stay in the main bedroom that would appear from time to time on the nightstands and the table. None of the other rooms nor the kitchen had any issues. I would definitely recommend this place, it was clean, and communication with they property management team was very easy"

"Great place for our family that was close to the beach. We appreciated how clean the space was and the availability of a washer and dryer. The kitchen had all the major essentials. I’d recommend adding a large crockpot for guests. We also used the sofa bed and sheets were provided, however there weren’t any blankets for that bed so future guests should bring their own. The complex was very clean and quiet. The communicating from the leasing company was SUPERB!"

"Loved staying in this condo! The master has a slider out to the balcony. I slept every night with it open so I could hear the ocean and feel the breeze coming off the water. Best nights sleep ever! Check in was easy and you can rent golf carts to get around. The ability to drive on the beach was fun. Will definitely be back."

"This place was perfect…I had originally planned to just go by myself- as a middle school teacher, I simply wanted some peace and quiet. However, once I told my twin seniors my plans- they jumped in (along with one of their best friends) and we took off. Those memories cannot be replaced.. The little extras like laundry detergent, shampoos, soaps, pool towels, and plenty of towels were not expected, but very much appreciated! Marked this as a favorite for future excursions."

"Everything was clean and had all we needed. Our trip was last minute with pets we felt the pet fee was the only reasonable one on the island. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids under 10 and it worked out so well for us. Host is a 12 out of 10 very attentive. Only draw back to location was being on the North side of HWY 361 which legally you cannot take a golf cart across. Some people did but you risk a $500 fine and the golf cart being taken back. So word to the wise if you stay here either forgo...

"The unit was clean and very well equipped. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Great water pressure on shower head which means a lot to me. Very comfortable bed on master but the Murphy bed not so much, also very noisy but it ended up working for our light weight kiddos. Community was well kept, pool was clean and with nice outdoor furniture. We will definitely recommend and will be back in the future."
