"I didn't like that when I went to go check in, I was told my room was canceled. On the booking site, it said , PAY AT PROPERTY at check in.... When I went to check in and pay, I was told that my credit card couldn't be processed.. Why are they trying to run my credit card if I hadn't even checked in? The cleaning staff circled our room multiple times before we had to check out and left their carts in front of our door, making it very difficult to walk out."
