"You can tell it's an older building but it is clean. Our AC unit soaked the floor from condensation. The breakfast is good. The normal stuff like waffles, powdered eggs, paper thin bacon, and cereal. Two good things about this hotel: 1. Location - right in the middle of everything cool in Aransas Pass. 2. Golf cart rental - conveniently right at the front desk and at a good price."

"Hotel is very outdated! Needs a lot of upkeep! Pool was closed down for 2 days and they did not apply a credit for our 7 day stay! Why Expedia supports these types of hotels is concerning."

"Very close to the beach access and the convince stores, the hotel was quiet and quite nice. The bathroom was very small and there was a small leak somewhere. The beds were exactly what we needed for a group of 5 but they were uncomfortable. The staff was extremely helpful, when we reported the leak they fixed it right away and their smiles were very welcomed. Very nice property and outdoor amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and will be booking again."

It has a desk, a coffee table and even a kitchen type table. There is a refrigerator and a sink. The bed was super comfy. The bathroom is very out dated.
