"You can tell it's an older building but it is clean. Our AC unit soaked the floor from condensation. The breakfast is good. The normal stuff like waffles, powdered eggs, paper thin bacon, and cereal. Two good things about this hotel: 1. Location - right in the middle of everything cool in Aransas Pass. 2. Golf cart rental - conveniently right at the front desk and at a good price."

"The listing said pet friendly, when we arrived, we had to pay another $100 for just 2 nights. Additionally, our room said it could sleep 6. When we arrived, there was one bedroom and 2 pullout couched with very little room to set up the beds. The couches were damp just like everything else in the room and reeked of cigarettes. Not to mention once we finally got the beds pulled out, they were broken, the mattress basically falling to the floor. No linens in sight for the pullout beds. We had to...

The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and gift shops. It is not within walking distance to the beach though.
