"Parking is VERY problematic. There is no on-site parking. Their ‘onsite’ parking is several blocks away in a public garage. You will need to roll your suitcase several city blocks and anytime you go out, be prepared to walk back and forth. Getting back from a function and walking through the city at 1am alone was not something I would have willingly signed up for. I will never stay at this hotel for this reason alone. "I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites St. Petersburg Downtown and had a disappointing experience.
Check in was at 4 pm, but when we arrived at 4:10, one of our two rooms was still not ready. No one informed us when it became available, we had to follow up ourselves. The staff overall were rude and unhelpful.
One room faced the highway, making it very noisy at night, and the smoke alarm kept beeping. Calls to the front desk went unanswered. The next day, we were told room service required 24...
