"I really had the perfect stay at this hotel. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and kind. The front desk attendants, shuttle drivers, etc., were truly so amazing and I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Everything was very clean and enough towels in the bathroom. Truly a great stay! "

"We are in room 203. The tub faucet was continuously running. There is a hole in the wall in the bathroom sink area. We kept seeing baby roaches and one adult one in the room. The loveseat in the room was clearly very old with a cover over it that didn’t look sanitary to sit on. The property looked clean and well maintained on the outside."
