The unit was quite clean when we arrived and stocked with a number of small features that most don’t think to include, but are super nice to have (like bug spray to use in the beautiful backyard), and super comfortable beds and living room lounge furniture. "There was arguing, dogs barking and other loud noises. Housekeeping act like they didn’t understand what not responding to their knock meant. I don’t understand why when a property is not sold out, why they put the few people they do have in such close proximity to each other. I want REST/SLEEP, NOT TO HEAR OTHERS or be bothered with housekeeping. IF NEED something I know how to ask, otherwise I JUST WANT REST/SLEEP because THAT’S WHAT I PAID FOR, NOT EVERYTHING ELSE. "Overall you get what you expect from a cheap hotel at $60. However, you get a full kitchen with your room. Most seemed renovated in my room, but the bathroom was not and a bit disappointing. Regardless this is a good cheap long stay room close to most major hospitals in Little Rock "

"Hotel com fácil acesso pela estrada. Com bom estacionamento numa localização calma e segura. Como só o usei como uma parada numa viagem não tenho como informar sobre as atrações próximas. O hotel está sendo reformado e estava um pouco bagunçado. O quarto estava limpo e arrumado, o café da manhã não tinha destaques o normal para um café continental. Recomendo com certeza."

"I paid for a non-smoking room, and the smell of fresh cigarettes was terrible. But that wasn't the worst part; they gave me a FILTHY room. There were stains of personal fluids on the bed and pillows, a dirty refrigerator, and trash everywhere. When I complained, they didn't even apologize; they just gave me another room, and obviously, I couldn't sleep well or trust the cleaning. My body was itchy. The most disgusting experience I've ever had."
