The room and night staff were excellent, which makes this experience even more disappointing. The front desk employee working that morning, who identified herself as Leah, displayed the worst attitude I have encountered at any hotel. When I asked for assistance, I was met with rude, dismissive, and sarcastic remarks, as though I was inconveniencing her simply by asking for help.
When I asked if she could assist me, she made a phone call, dialed a number, immediately left a voicemail, and hung up within roughly ten seconds. She then stated—very matter-of-factly—that the issue had been “handled.” At no point did she ask what I needed, nor did I have the opportunity to explain the situation, making it impossible for anything to have actually been resolved.
I then requested to speak with her supervisor, and that request was refused. Being denied access to management after receiving such treatment is unacceptable.
I travel frequently for work and stay in hotels year-round. Based on this experience, I will not return to this hotel. This complaint reflects not only on the employee involved but also on management’s apparent unwillingness to address customer concerns.
