"My priority for a Vrbo is quiet. The highway traffic was insane, the constant thumping of the music from a nearby night spot til 1 AM kept me awake. Then the 3AM arrival of someone in the adjoining house was the topper. I slept less than 2 hours. These things are key factors that should be disclosed."

"Adam was so helpful on checkin, our flight had been changed so arrived earlier than planned and we were able to drop luggage at condo prior to actual check-in time. Had a wonderful stay, close to family in other condo complex next to us. Loved the decor, color scheme, the beach chairs we could use and supplies for our use. The pool and hottub kept very clean. The communication with Host, excellent!!Family looking to book next year!Thank you Adam!"

"Everything was wonderful except for the tenant upstairs. He seemed to be renting and working locally as opposed to being on vacation. He woke at 5:00 every morning, was not quiet until he left for work at 6:00. This was every morning. Friday night he played loud music and tapped along on the floor til 2:00 in the morning. This was very frustrating and almost affected the whole trip. Without him, everything was perfect."

"No tvs in bedroom and only 1 bathroom animals crawling around in ceilings and host didn't bother to help"

"The place was good. I loved how close the beach was. I don’t feel it was worth the money though. We didn’t even have a window. It would have been nice to know ahead of time about the bar. It didn’t bother me I went there a few times nice people. Just a heads up for people that may not care for the late crowd. Overall I had a great time. "

"Great place to stay. Good looking condo right on the beach. We really enjoyed our visit to Garden City."
