"Our room was very clean and was attended daily on a three day stay. The free breakfast was good. All the staff were friendly. The pool room was nice. The indoor pool was small but was perfect for water aerobics. The outdoor area was neat and quiet but could use some benches or chairs. "

"I come to Lansing every 4th and originally used to stay at the Marriott downtown and with kids the Hyatt House is a far better choice and overall just higher quality. I left my wedding ring in my room and they called and we made arrangements to get my ring back and even offered a shipping option. I'll be staying here for every Lansing visit. "
