3 private properties, Solar Eclipse, water front, hot tub, new reno, pics coming

MUST contact before booking. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to watch the solar eclipse. Cold water comes down the river when water is released from Blakely Dam and produces a refreshing mist in the air....making even summer nights cool. We have two mostly renovated properties on the same street by the cold water dam. These are projected to be complete by the solar eclipse weekend. Both have a fabulous solar eclipse views from your personal hot tub and/or firepits. We can have the hot tubs ready within 24 hours of booking. Houses are less than 1/2 mile from each other and can be rented together or separately. Houses are on large lots with plenty of parking. We will post pictures as soon as the new shower is tiled. We also have the possibility of a tritoon boat for rent if booked early enough in the week.

Property #1 is 1200 square foot, three bedroom (king, queen & two bunkbeds), two bathrooms on 90 feet of waterfront. There is also a third bathroom that is mid-renovation that may be complete by this weekend. No fenced in back yard, small to medium dog allowed.

Property #2 is 2400 square foot, four bedroom (3 kings + bunkroom), four bathroom, on 160 feet of waterfront. All bedrooms and bathrooms are complete; however, the garage conversion is not yet complete and likely will not be by the weekend. There is a large open living room, kitchen and dining area that faces the water. Fenced in back yard, small to medium dog allowed. NO use of the dock is allowed.
