The centerpiece of the kitchen is an antique cooktop stove a nostalgic nod to the past paired seamlessly with modern appliances. The home features two distinct living areas, each with its own personality and comfort.

You'll also find a separate laundry area, a full bathroom, and a convenient half bath.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a queen bed and sweeping views of the neighboring farm. Nearby is a whimsical twin bedroom, creating a peaceful retreat for families or friends. All bedrooms are equipped with ultra-quiet window A/C units to ensure restful sleep, even during the warmest months.

Other Things to Note:
Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you!
Pet Policy: We're delighted to welcome your pets; simply inform us in advance for approval, and a $175 fee will be applied upon approval. Please note that unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee added to your bill to maintain a pet-friendly environment.
Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that deck will be cleared off during the winter time. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Air conditioning: Please be advised that the AC units should not be set below 70 degrees. Setting the temperature lower than 70 degrees may trip the breaker, causing a disruption in service.
