"I really wanted to give this hotel an excellent. The rooms were huge. The hotel is less than a year old. Beautifully appointed. Lots of staff. Great full breakfast that changed daily. The major downfall is that the room cleaning service dropped off the longer we stayed. We booked the hotel for the four nights, and by the third night, the cleaning staff stopped cleaning the room, only straightening the bed; did not replace towels. "I was there for my husband of 52 years funeral.We had 5 rooms and checked in only to find bed bugs.!!!! My daughter in law was bitten we took big to front desk and checked out.I was so embarrassed to tell family why we had left .Plus your ad said a restaurant and bar and guess what NOT there!!!!"

"Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable. It was also quiet. I needed to do some laundry while we were at the hotel. And to my surprise there was a laundry basket in our room to use and the washers and dryers were free. No charge to do laundry. Breakfast in the morning was very delicious and clean. "Perfect sized waterpark for our 3 and 2 year olds! The hotel was clean and newly updated with easy access to the waterpark. The arcade was of course a hit too, and then we topped it off with dinner from the restaurant delivered right to our room. Definitely would recommend!"
