"This is a wonderful property in Pacific Grove, CA. It is great for a family or larger group. Home is very comfortable. Great back yard with grill, fire pit, picnic table and seating. It's two blocks from the ocean and a hiking path. Our younger grandson went tidepooling every day. Also within walking distance of the Pacific Grove Golf Links, a fun course that is very affordable. My older grandson and I enjoyed that. Great vacation accommodation. "

The beds are very comfortable, all sleep number beds!The yard was very spacious and multiple games/activities for the kids available. We will definitely stay here again in the future. "

"The trip to our favorite location , Santa Cruz , was AWSOME . The weather was perfect, the location of the home , perfect . One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. "The location & place itself was wonderful! It was right across the street from the ocean. The place was very clean, had plenty of towels & blankets. We walked a lot to restaurants & short drives to the aquarium & other places. The communal pool wasn’t as close as we expected. The only thing I wished we had was an assigned parking space. We came home late one evening & the spot in front of the house was taken so we had to park across the street. "

"Great stay! The property is well kept. Super comfortable beds. Kitchen was organized with plenty of dishes and cookware. Backyard area was a lovely ivy walled hideaway. Amazing proximity to the beach a wagon for use to carry our things back and forth. Cottage was cozy but enough space for 2 adults and 2 teens to be together, and still have space. And there is parking! A sweet place for a nice vacation! "

"The booking was easy and the house was welcoming and spacious for our family reunion. It comfortably fit 10 of us; the large dining table perfectly accommodated everyone and there was plenty of seating in the living room for a movie or game night. The kids loved the ping pong and mini billiard table. We only had three cars, but could have fit at least two more in the driveway. We recommend this rental! "
