"We liked this stay a lot! Very new and clean, overlooking the mountains, very nice and refreshing. Nice restaurant in a walking distance. Very friendly staff. With that, keep in mind:1. It’s a tent! The walls are made of fabric. This means you can hear everything, from salmon splashing in the river right behind your bed (pretty cool!), to your neighbors arguing. The host gave us a tour of all of his custom built cabins that he has on the property and was thoughtful enough to gift us a bottle of champagne for my girlfriend’s birthday. "The two-night stay was great, in a calm and quiet place, even though it was close to the Alaska Railway. The room was tidy and functional, the service was excellent, and the owner was a wonderful person. The location was very close to Exit Glacier, one of Seward's land attractions. Oh, the stay reminded me of my childhood and youth scouting days."
