In Montecatini Val di Cecina you can find some shops, restaurants, bank, and other essential services. Only 14 km km from the villa is Volterra, a famous Etruscan city with its walls and museum, while at 21 km away you will find the Theatre of Silence (a natural amphitheater carved into the beautiful hills of Lajatico, where every year takes place an important musical event, organized by the tenor Andrea Bocelli).

Then you will find a covered grill area furnished with sink and electric stove. From here you can access directly to the outdoor pergola with dining table.
Finally is a sleeping area divided as follows: a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a sensory shower cabin; two other double bedrooms; a bathroom with shower and a guest bathroom (without shower).
