Trader Joes is right around the corner and so are restaurants and coffee. NOTE: There are stairs. No elevators. Make sure to clean after yourself. "This property is walkable to Woodstock and Reed College. I walked every morning to get coffee and Papaccinos (best latte ever) and walked to Reed in the evenings to watch the sunset or walk the canyon. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. The home was impeccably clean with good toiletries. Plenty of kitchen equipment to make a meal or to bring back take out. The owner was very responsive and easily understood in his responses. Finding another reason to come back to Portland. from this kid."
