"The rooms were very well kept and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is just a continental breakfast. Too many carbs. Wr needed a walk in shower which was available and well designed. The bed was lower as well to help make getting in and out of the bed easier. The only issue with the room is that the curtains in the room did not block out the parking lot lights so the room was light during the night which lead to a nonrestful 2 nights. "Literally next door to VMI and Washington & Lee. We had a baseball tournament. 10 minute drive to anything. Place was great! Didn't get to try the breakfast but it looked solid. Coffee was good and the coffee bar was on when we checked in at 4 pm. Beds were good. Room was clean. Rooms were large. Would be easy to work in the room on your laptop.
